Well I made an account, but it is not clear to me if I pay for membership, I also receive the
paper publications when I live in Belgium.
And if so, where I can pay online for that.

Go to fega.com and look under "about membership".
You can apply online and purchase membership. International membership is $75.00 US.
Be sure to log in first and then your information will be there.
